Why Send Holiday Cards in 2020?
Updated: Nov 3, 2020
It’s already November and we are well on our way into the holidays! I think we can all agree that we need a little extra cheer this year. 2020 has been a whirlwind to say the least and being apart from loved ones has been a challenge none of us expected to have to navigate.
Today we want to talk about the benefit of sending a holiday card. In a world filled with text messages, email, and social media why would you want to take the time to send a card in the mail?
Let us tell you why... Connection. Sending a card to a loved one will conjure all the feelings of warmth and love that goes the extra mile more than a text, email, or social media message ever could. Taking time out of our busy schedules to sit down and handwrite/send a letter is something that shows that this individual is a priority in your life.
We live in a fast paced world and when someone personally addresses us through snail mail it makes us feel thought of, seen and cherished. Especially during this pandemic what a wonderful way to make a grandparent, friend or child feel less alone.
We have started designing holiday cards for clients and would love to extend the invite to all of you as well. It is so fun to create our clients visions and photos to create something that they get to share with all of their friends and family around the world.
Especially since we have been so physically distant from our loved ones this year we are excited to be able to create something that will give them an update of everyone's growth and joy!
This brings about another excellent opportunity for businesses to send snail mail to clients. When you send a personal note to a client you are developing a more personal relationship and this is going to give you a distinct advantage when comparing you to your competition. The holidays is a great time to send love and appreciation to those who have supported your dreams this year.
We are only taking a limited number this year so if you are interested definitely shoot me a message or feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Let's not let this beautiful form of connection fall out of style. Here's to picking up your pen and writing to those who are valuable to you!
