Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are not included. For standard shipping, please allow a minimum of 3-5 days for pre-made cards and a minimum of 2 weeks for prints/custom orders. If you'd like your product sooner, you may choose our expedited shipping option when placing your order. If you need your item to be shipped outside the US, please contact contact@intertwinedpresence.com with your requested items and we will promptly send you an estimated shipping cost.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed or packages that are refused. All shipping cost to return the product to us will not be refunded. However, if we have made a shipping error we will be more than happy to cover the charges.

Return, Exchange & cancellation Policy

Custom orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once the piece is the process of being made. 

Pre-made Cards: Your satisfaction is a big deal to us! If you are not satisfied with your pre-made card we offer refunds and exchanges. However, shipping costs will not be refunded.
